Lead the transformation of Content Tech

Stockholm is built for engineers who think at scale. Hubexo is looking for a Software Engineering Director to lead the transformation of our Content Tech tribe, powering how construction industry content is captured, enriched, and delivered worldwide.

This is a leadership role within Engineering where you will set the long term technical vision, modernise core platforms, and lead a globally distributed engineering tribe building automation, cloud native systems, modern data pipelines, and AI driven enrichment.

What you will do

  • Set the long term technical vision for Content Tech and lead a major platform transformation

  • Lead a globally distributed engineering tribe delivering automation, cloud native services, and modern data pipelines

  • Drive AI powered enrichment and workflow automation to improve scale, speed, and quality

  • Partner with product, data, and engineering to deliver measurable improvements in performance and delivery

What we are looking for

A hands on engineering leader with proven experience leading distributed teams, strong technical credibility in modern platforms and data pipelines, and a track record of delivering transformation. Experience with cloud, DevOps, and AI driven automation is a strong advantage.
