The Team

We have several development hubs worldwide, and this position concerns our platform and data teams in Stockholm. You will be part of a growing technology organization shaping Hubexo’s next-generation architecture — enabling shared identity, subscriptions, and data services across our global product portfolio. You will report directly to the VP Product Technology.

The Role

As an Enterprise Architect, you will define the target architecture for Hubexo’s platforms and ensure alignment across domains, systems, and regions. You will play a key role in establishing architectural principles, data ownership, and integration patterns that allow our products to scale efficiently and work seamlessly together.

Your work will span multiple domains — from data and platform services to customer-facing applications — providing the blueprint that connects them into a coherent, future-proof ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with domain architects, product teams, and leadership to turn strategy into implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Hubexo’s enterprise architecture vision and roadmap.

• Govern domain boundaries, data flows, and shared platform capabilities.

• Ensure consistency and reusability across product and technology teams.

• Partner with Data, Platform, and AI teams to enable shared master data and analytics.

• Lead architectural reviews and support teams in solution design and decision-making.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for turning complexity into clarity. You have experience in large-scale, data-driven environments and understand how to balance enterprise standards with team autonomy.

You have 10+ years of experience in software and 5+ years in solution/domain/enterprise architecture, ideally within a SaaS or data-intensive company. Experience with AWS, Databricks, API design, and modern integration patterns is highly valued.
