Product Marketing Manager

The Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of our global product team, working closely with both product and commercial functions. Your mission is to make sure our SaaS products are clearly understood, effectively launched and adopted across multiple markets. You will lead foundational product marketing efforts, from messaging to go-to-market strategies, and help connect customer needs with product value.
You’ll own key PMM assets such as value frameworks, messaging guides and pitch materials, and lead go-to-market planning for new features and product launches. Supporting content creation, including one-pagers, competitive comparisons and internal enablement tools, will be a regular part of your work.
Your insights will help guide strategic decisions through market research and competitive analysis, and you’ll contribute to packaging, pricing and segmentation efforts to ensure commercial fit.
The Team
You will join a growing global product organization based in Stockholm and Newcastle. As a relatively new function, we are continuously evolving our ways of working and refining our processes. We work pragmatically and collaboratively, balancing long-term product vision with focused day-to-day improvements that drive value for our customers.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role within SaaS, B2B tech or digital products
Solid understanding of PMM fundamentals including positioning, segmentation, messaging and go-to-market planning
Strong communicator, able to turn complex product capabilities into simple, compelling narratives
Confident collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales and marketing teams
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving initiatives forward independently
In addition, it’s a plus if you have experience working across international markets or have been exposed to the construction or proptech industries. Familiarity with brand architecture and managing messaging across a portfolio of products is also valuable.
